Achieving their goal to open five venues in five years, Applejack now consists of five venues: The Botanist Kirribilli, SoCal Sydney, The Butler Potts Point, Della Hyde and Endeavour Tap Rooms. Applejack has worked on consultancy projects including launching Hacienda with Pullman Hotels (2016), and currently working with Veriu Hotels and Harbour Rocks Hotel.
